Return Policy

We offer a 10 day return policy.  

Only regular priced items may be returned and refunded, sale items and items purchase with a promo code or during an event discount are final sale.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned.  We do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, such as underwear or shapewear as well our creams and lotions and jewelry are not returnable.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned with proof of purchase, unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.  Items returned that are not in original condition including but not limited to having been washed, altered, having odor (cigarette, perfume, deodorant, pets) having stain or incomplete will not be refunded.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund, less any shipping costs paid by us, will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 3-5 Business days.

Exchanges - We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item in a different size, send us an email at coldcreekclothing@gmail.com and send your item to: Box 6713 Hinton, AB  T7V 2G2.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Shipping 

Shipping is free for all orders over $125.

Shipping is a flat rate of $10 for orders under $99.99 and $5 for orders $100-$124.99.
